― iiiijjjj, Friday, 6 November 2009 19:41 (sixteen years ago)

― TGAAPQ (Mr. Que), Friday, 6 November 2009 19:42 (sixteen years ago)

― ô_o (Nicole), Friday, 6 November 2009 19:42 (sixteen years ago)

― tehresa, Friday, 6 November 2009 19:43 (sixteen years ago)
and b/c breaded the chicken might be darker? it could be a veal parm sub but that would be crazy
― TGAAPQ (Mr. Que), Friday, 6 November 2009 19:43 (sixteen years ago)
tina fey on working with alec baldwin:
Why are you two so great together?I think part of it is that he is excellent. You could put a bag of sandwiches next to him and people would say, “Oh, you work so well together. You make these sandwiches look wonderful.” I think that’s a big part of it. Mostly, I try to learn from him, because he’s such a skilled film actor.
― scott seward, Friday, 6 November 2009 19:44 (sixteen years ago)

You tell the sandwich artist "a dab of mayo" and they slather it. It's almost like they're not being paid a living wage or something.December 22 from Twitter - Comment - Like - Share

amy poehler and tina in marie claire magazine:
AP: Okay, let's talk about when we first met — in Chicago, in 1993. What were we doing?TF: We were probably eating Italian beef sandwiches and getting our hair permed.

i didn't think it was a fake twitter. most of her twitters are about junk food and candy:

she stated in an interview that the person who was twittering under her name about food all the time wasn't her. maybe things have changed.

That Tina Fey sandwich cartoon is completely unparseable! Is she squeezing the sandwich to eat it or is she pushing the temptation away or is she fixing to make bionic bread legs to replace her weirdly chopped off ones?

It's "sidling" from Seinfeld, but with more forceful Parker Lewis editing. Sorry, that's probably worse than no description.

Alan Sepinwall of the normally OTM http://sepinwall.blogspot.com/ and the commenters also sounding the death knell of the show, but yeah, AV Club was particularly dire. Most of them hate Jenna so they are imo worse than Nazis.
PS Dot Com was robbed. TT__TT

i went out and had a chicken parm sub for dinner in honor of this thread.

Anyone sounding the death knell of this show is just being a contrary retard. This ep in particular was spectacular.

All the commenters on the AV Club article hate the Cisco plug, but as a necessary evil I thought it came off pretty well, especially Jonathan's apologetic "it's almost as good as being there!" Anyway, it was light years better than the product placement on 24, where the President kept going back to the "Cisco Telepresence Suite" to take threatening calls from terrorists or whatever.
