Prolly 'cause sex and gender aren't always the same thing, and we need to make sure the more predatory members of our nation's frats know exactly what they're getting into.

yeah, i got confused when there was no "yes please" option like innit.

and also, i discovered near the start of my facebook career, that changing your gender is not considered by facebook as an important enough event for the newsfeed!!!

A couple days ago one of my friends told me, "I wanted to tell you, since a couple other people know already, that if I were to post my relationship status on facebook, it wouldn't say single anymore." She could've said "I wanted to tell you that I'm dating someone," but didn't. What does that SAY about our TIMES?

haha that's the kind of thing i say when i am embarrassed abt some similar declaration -- i go SO round the house w/it that everyone is left less the wiser than when i started ("wtf, either mark is dating or he is redecorating the bathroom or... something is difft, unless it isn't?")
