So the way it works, I guess, if you give the site the name of the company/toll free number you want, you give them a number where you can be reached, you hit "dial" and hang up. When a human at that number finally gets on the phone it dials you and speak to a human without having a phone on your ear forever, or something.

I used a pay phone in Toronto a couple of weeks ago, and made a two-minute call to Stratford on my credit card. Almost--$18.00!
