did you ever get the cd of the original sessions for the first wishbone ash album? so amazing. they wanted to put it out and the label thought it was too raw. came out a few years ago. i know i raved about it somewhere on ilm.

i listened to my new CDs at the store today. i like CDs if they are fancy and shiny. numero group can make anything look amazing. they have a true gift. that gospel funk comp of theirs, man, that thing is amazing. and i listened to neil - arc really loud today. i think i'll be playing that all week. um, and lots of records too.

yah, Scott, I have that CD now. 'First Light', I believe it is called! Incredible! and big time thanks to you for it --- not sure i would have ever known about it otherwise. Pretty rad release. and I love old Wishbone Ash ... great call, thx again!!

okay i just tried to view this whole thread and succeeded, so my laptop wins. but it also completely insane to scroll through this thread. it's endless. plus it was sad to see all the cool records i have sold on ebay. oh well. the perils of being a collector who is also a seller. ya gotta let the good stuff go if you want to stay in business.
