Looks like an awesome place to hike. We moved from a rather hilly area with lots of parks to a flat coastal area with few parks. I miss the days of taking hikes with my kids all the time.
I was trying to wean her off the one binkie by sneaking it away from her from time to time, but now it looks like she's keeping one in her face and one in her hand just in case.

yeah, the mountain parks system here is nice. wildlife and that. can't remember if i recounted our rattlesnake run-in from this summer on ilp, but it was ~exciting~.

Thanks FFM! I was so proud of her "shoes". I thought it would be a warm night for sure so I didn't order maryjanes or black socks. Turned out to be a freezing cold night for these parts so I improvised. I took black "sockies" that I wear with flats, folded them in half and kept them on her feet with a grey ribbon, tres beatik I thought :)
