they should start playing a 4312 since they have one of the only good classical playmakers around, that way they can play ramsey and wilshere, along with a defensive midfielder (they seem to be trying for lars bender again) and play giroud and sanchez up front

sanchez is probably best played as close to goal as possible and running onto throughballs rather than as a winger

its not a formation that wenger has used much before although i think they played it once towards the end of last season
