messi is 'fake #9' he drops deep and dribbles from everywhere suarez is villa and attacks by cutting in to right foot. Gerrard is shit hot in that position scoring loads. if he retires i'll put messi there and put carroll up top i guess unless Bojan is a better option. Bojan is quite effective in the RW position if i change things about. AOC ,Bojan are developing well and are ready for some 1st team games according to my asst manager who also says i change their squad status from back up to rotation.. Josh Mc is developing well and will be ready for some 1st team games soon according to Tito.
Got bojan for £7m as his 2 year loan at roma ended and barca didnt want him. Got the other 2 for £6m at the start of this (my first season at liverpool). Contracts were due up i think.

carragher is past it lol. Wigan offered to buy him but i decided to keep him and offer a player coach role. His coaching attributes are pretty awesome. Only thing is he will bugger off to the first managers role he gets.

and obviously i sold pretty much all of my reserve side. Got decent money for them all. my unused subs can play in the reserve games along with the best under 18s, who i have FIVE regen wonderkids. Worth having a top top youth system as long as you scout allover the world. By getting foreign coaches you get better knowledge. lots of obscure rated scouts with pot ability ratings of 19/20. Try get them from all over.

i know this from playing previous fm games rather than reading about it. think ive gave you similar advice in previous fm threads

btw james mccarthy has great stats but wigan wont sell him.

obv i wanted him as an ex accie but no dice so far. only got a transfer budget of £25m left. Want to keep that incase some highly rated youngsters show up.

Oh yes. Season or 2 in reserves with cup games in 1st team and a few league games then chuck them in the deep end. Worked well for me. Especially when tactical familiarity is 100%. (i used fmrte to getTic-Tac krunccrni standard to 100% as season had started (i won 1st 9 league games)and dont have pre-season to work on it) but keeping fmrte to bare min atm. fitness/injuries only.
Won every game since i got this tactic and im 100% in march for wins. left it on holiday for 3 months overnight just to see how it would do and it won every game so decided to save from there and keep going lol.

just about to play man utd in champs league quarters.
