sam i d/l fmrte and im only using it to keep players fit. tho im tempted to change the match preparation/tactics familiarity to 100% for all 3 tactics i have just so they play better.

oh theres skins too if you want them and other things. You should have a look see what you fancy adding via the ingame editor i didnt know existed til you told me. theyre not cheats, theyre just things to add to make it look more realistic. ive been playing these games for years and had no idea you could do all this

Extract the files and save them to this folder: Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\football manager 2012\data\db\1200\lnc (actually go in via program files/steam etc. its different to where the 1st 2 apps listed above.
follow the instructions on the page carefully. 1 & 2 before you get this one.

once you have them all

Run Football Manager 2012 and go to: Preferences > Display and Sound
Make sure that you tick the check box on the page called 'Always Reload Skin on Confirm' and un-tick then box saying 'Use Skin Cache'. Hit Confirm.
There should be a box that pops up saying 'loading image data for the new skin'. Once this is done your graphics should be working within the game.
