It was Christian Karembeu with the Middlesbrough-averse wife. Unless there was a whole raft of them (quite plausible, I expect).

We got post-Boro Juninho for five minutes, his impact at Celtic was about the same as Emerson's at Rangers. As far as I know he's the only World Cup winner to ever play competitively for Celtic (Bobby Charlton played for us in a testimonial).

Emerson was famously unsettled and at one point he pissed off to Brazil without permission. I thought his wife complained about the cold - there was definitely some family-related excuse.
