i bought and even subscribed to this for a while a few years back - £3 bloody 25 a week but it was pretty fascinating stuff, endless analysis of the charts and the industry - never understood why it was so expensive but wondering if anyone else here was keen on it, and if so do they recommend it today still?

I used to read this a lot, sometimes buy it (particularly if I was in it). Good if you're in the industry or aspiring towards it.

They have this in the library so I read it there. I love all its talkn of shifting units and profit margins and treating labels as companies that need successful products, it's all very odd.

I used to like their airplay charts: gave you a good idea of which radio stations preferred which music without actually having to listen to them.
