the version that is featured in the movie _revenge of the nerds_. it plays in the tricycle race scene. this is one of those rare questions that the internet cannot seem to answer.

huh? the dude was still being an ass. it's just a coincidence that his "witty" response happened to be similar to the name of a japanese artist who would be on the same page as the track being searched for.

funny, i was going to guess it would have a ymo connection.
though a quick search is showing it won't be so easy to buy a disc with the track on it.
