I think this might have been on XFM but it really is rather splendid, once you get past the first couple of minutes of talking it turns into a rather lovely trip down memory lane, and I heartily recommend everyone to have a bit of a listen and a boogie when they have a few minutes free.

This is a year or so old I think and I had one that didn't have Paul Morley on and then I got one with Paul Morley on and lost the first one and I much prefer the one without if you can get it. Is this one without him? 'Cos I'd like to get that one again.

I don't know how old it is or anything just thought i'd share the wealth. Reminds me of the DJ Spinbad 80's mixtapes, which are even more fantastic than this.. I really should YSI those mixtapes.

yup. and my nearest moment of fame. a record of 'mine' (ie i had something of relevance that he wanted for the full fat version) is featured - albeit VERY buried in the mix ..

who knew that extreme vertigo and dizzyness could be so much fun.

if you ever get the chance to see a 'full dome' show, then don't hesitate.

Always felt it was a shame that they tampered with the perfection of the Funkungfusion version.
None of the other versions - the Kaleidoscope version, the dub from A Dubplate of Food, or the two versions on the Companion, have the majesty of the original's synth strings.
