Trashmen - "Surfin' Bird" (the ILM consensus pick!)Dick Dale - "Miserlou" (deservedly overexposed!)The Clean - "At The Bottom (Live)" (gothic surf rock!)Pixies - "Wave Of Mutilation" (okay this probably isn't the surfiest Pixies track but m4rc3l still has all my pixies albums, etc)Man . . . Or Astroman? - "Invasion Of The Dragonmen" (saw them live!)Girls Aloud - "Sound Of The Underground" (out of the blue!)

I haven't heard much by the Beach Boys, but I suspect they don't count.
Has any hip-hop/r'n'b/nu-pop sampled surf guitars (other than "Sound Of The Underground")? & it seemed like it would fit in with early ardkore but I haven't heard any examples.

This thread makes me feel guilty for not having heard anything by King Loser. I'm indifferent to, uh, the guy that does that klemzer-surf whatever (y'know, the one with that Peter Plumley-Walker based album).
