Good news, everyone. I've just discovered that my work has nothing for me to do for the early part of next week, and so I can stretch out the work I have at the moment to take me up to Tuesday, which means I can doss the rest of this lovely sunny Friday away. Yes, we have a friend who used to be a lobster fisherman. He hasn't eaten a lobster in years. However, it was very handy to have him at dinner with us in Halifax, as he was able to show Mister M how to eat every single little bit. Value for money.

If I had an office job I'd address the problem, but as it is I just try to limit my chair-hours. Sitting is bad, even in the best of chairs. We weren't designed for it. When I am old and even more broken-down I imaging I'll do my ilxing in bed, or standing. On a treadmill!
