Parliament = Funkadelic?

That review is kinda annoying in its phrasing, but still gonna check that out. Missed it in 2013

imo Electric Spanking of War Babies is a very underrated moment in the P-Funk canon. I love the thin, hollow reverb on it, and there are some great tunes still, for being so late in the game.
