oh clearly a chemtrails thing
That's a new one to me! And even more WTF than most, since it doesn't easily lead to the ol' conspiracy theory logic of trying to prove a negative (e.g., Glenn Beck on Fox News explaining that he really wanted to debunk the theory of FEMA camps, but he couldn't find any information to do so). The trails not only plainly exist, there is also a clear and very simple explanation for them. Middle school science, ppl.
I love how it used to be only druggie lefties that thought up shit like that. Like the guy at Woodstock who, after it started raining, became convinced that he had seen planes earlier seeding the clouds.

Sure she wouldn't be able to afford anything like american health insurance and would be dead by now because she wouldn't be able to see a doctor, but our system is shockingly brutal in comparison.

dude, i have decent health insurance atthemoment (though not for long) and I have a week and a half to see a specialist if I'm lucky.i have never heard a canadian even begin to pretend that they don't like their health care system.
― Mindless Thugs Mixtape Volume One (forksclovetofu), Thursday, 25 June 2009 03:06 (fourteen years ago) link
well, that's the thing - the nightmare of socialized medicine the right presents is basically exactly the system we have now, only without corporations making bank off of it. and possibly slightly longer waits for specialists.
they are completely oblivious to this, btw.

Evidence about 'planting' question? Because that seem to have happened, no? Obviously the significance depends on your political view (I come from a system with institutionalized planted questions, I don't see the problem), but did he not ask the Huffington Post to ask a question? I might have just misinterpreted/believed something from the wrong place, though.

I'm not saying there's anything wrong with the question - there isn't. But to say that there is no evidence of planting questions (which is an ideologically based spin on events, of course) is not true. Anyway, I was just wondering if I had misunderstood the cartoon/objection, but it seems it was in relation to that question.
