It's funny how you can see a commercial and say, "I bet this is going to be a thread on ILM." I'm kind of inured to it now, after seeing TV commercials with The Fall, Minutemen, Christoph de Babalon, Dead Boys, Nick Drake, Cat Power, etc.

So many more broken links than the last time I looked at this. :( Amazing thread, bravo.

Anyone ever save the missing pictures when they were still up? I forget if I never did it or if I just lost them.
― Cunga, Tuesday, 3 February 2009 08:39 (fifteen years ago) link
Even with the broken links, this is still the best thread on ILM ever.

I can't get "download them all" to nab the pictures. Anybody want to see if they can host all of these somewhere so we have them all backed up? Too much gold in this here thread to not make sure we have them saved somewhere

Wish I hadn't deleted the pieces I did for this thread. I don't think I kept any copies.

Rather than just repost them all, I collected them in a Flickr album. Anyone who cares can see them here:http://www.flickr.com/photos/globalhermit/sets/72157627388539640/
