i talked to him about it. he agreed that there is alot of gray area involved with the halal rules.

there are known halal things {i.e known with certainity that they are halal}
and there are known haram things

and then there are gray areas where there is a difference of opinion among scholars. Shellfish for example. Prawns, lobsters, shrimp etc. etc.

★★★ This place has excellent food especially their Karahi which is extremely delicious. Seekh kababs are worth trying too. Unfortunately, this place is not a place to take your family. The couple of times that I picked up food from there, the place had all single men and was not very welcoming. In a nutshell, if you want tasty and cheap take-out food, this is the best place.
