lol yeah i mean obviously but it's still surprising & disappointing at some level. people feel very connected with artists and Grimes is an eminent millennial artist, with a history of activism & advocating for liberal/leftist causes. so intellectually yeah, it's easy to say "who cares who she dates/who she's seen with," and even if you don't care that it makes her look like a hypocrite, it's just disorienting, like one of those mr. krabs memes.

This is reminding me of all the weird shit FKA Twigs got when she started dating Rob Pattinson.

I know the boat story is old but I just learned about it today, the same day I learned Grimes is dating Elon Musk, and I can’t help but feel these two enthusiasts of new and daring modes of transportation are perfect for each other, my best to the happy couple.
