It's been years since I really listened to any of these, I recall that "Over the Edge" has a certain maturity to it, and the production has a warmer, peeing in the pool, quality that seemed comforting in it's insecurity.

Also seemed to be a lot there that Cobain nicked, sorta proto-grunge. I know that Pavitt was a huge Wipers fan, and I can bore you at length about that.

Greg Sage's "Straight Ahead" is my favorite Wipers related album after the first 3. It's almost ambient in places.
