It's a simple formula. "A thing presented to him by a person who makes him feel good" = fact, "a thing that contradicts a 'fact' or that is presented to him by people who make him feel bad" = fake news.

i read somewhere that psychopaths are usually kind of retarded, with IQs topping out at 100 or so. i feel like trump is one of these blockheaded psychopaths. the confusing thing about him is that he is able to successfully manipulate everyone without truly understanding anything, but apparently that is common.
