James Kamaunu I love Joe, but the cellists be best served playing with a more Jazz musician to implement her skill with a sound like no other cellists would explore doing.. This is more rudiments, speed but I'd rather hear her playing " her " and with a style of music she can eccentuate her style within it... Aloha.. just say and no disrespect Joe - he's awesome...

While I can't make it to the end of the vid to confirm, I find it interesting how the cello player sucks all the guitar-face out of the room, leaving our hero to be the subdued one

I found that video very pleasing, not least because the shitty recording makes both instruments sound like cats scratching frantically at the door - it's almost a "shreds" video for large stretches.
Disappointed he hasn't collaborated with André Rieu though, a match made in heaven.
