crocodile shoes 2 was the first album i chose/asked for iirc after being dazzled by 'country boy' on live and kicking in about 1996. blue roses still occasionally gets in my head, even tho i always hated it.

Respect for making 'Once in a Lifetime' sound like an unchallenging Radio 2 drive time staple, largely by changing the response melody in the call/response from ascending to descending. Disappointing how much he merkins up his accent though.
