It's also been a dream winter for emo gigs in the UK! So far I've caught The Hotelier, Tiny Moving Parts, The Wonder Years, PUP, Pinegrove, Crying... Martha this month. TMP were the happiest band I have ever seen in my life.

brad I finally was able to finish that acceptance album today. really good front to back modern pop rock album thanks for the rec.

new sorority noise album out - it's kinda like a deja entendu knock-off but the second track lyrics about fucking god and listening to the gaslight anthem and i'm enjoying it. some lyrical clunkers but this is def the best thing they've ever done imo.

It's fun. Nothing to embarrassed about. The Old Grey album that came out last year was pretty good too.

p4k gave it an 8. normally i don't care how p4k reviews an album but i just read all the those old anti-emo p4k reviews of classic albums of the genre a few weeks ago.

i doubt this is the right thread for them but maybe the only place on ilm i can admit i am really digging this Creeper - Eternity, In Your Arms album which is horror punk and so somewhat related to emo/pop-punk at least to me?
