Yes, the billing name is innocuous. That's why I was asking in my original question whether it would be sufficient to ask for this billing name to be blocked or whether I'd have to be specific about the site the billing name was related to.

Like if you called and asked them to cancel a recurring monthly charge from, say, your wireless company, it's not like they'd start asking you which wireless plan you chose.
