mind you the entire wikipedia page on Lurvills Delight is good:

Lurvills Delight was a popular carbonated soft drink in Wales between 1896 and 1910. Invented by twin brother residents of Ynyshir Harold and Iolo Lewis in 1895, the carbonated mixture included stinging nettles, Dock leaves and was infused with Juniper berry extract. The profits made from the drink were used to pay for 150 coal miners and their families from the village to emigrate to Pittsburgh and Denver in the United States. The drink ceased production in 1910 due to a shortage of Dock leaves in the local area.

The Lewis twins eventually settled in Fochriw, where they started a successful leather upholstery company, which continues to this day.

More importantly, however, "Puff" joined several other PP&M hits of the same era ("If I Had a Hammer", "Where Have All The Flowers Gone," and "Blowin' In the Wind" among them [the last composed and first recorded by Bob Dylan]) to become standards of American musical culture, the best-known and most widely loved examples of the folk-song genre that virtually all Americans know by heart and can sing along to.[citation needed]

The lyrics consist of the narrator ruminating on places that he has never visited, but feels that he has some proxy experience of via the music or other features of those places, or from having gone to similar locations. In the final verse, he observes that while he has "never been to heaven", he has "been to Oklahoma", where he has been told he was born, thus implying a kinship between the two places. However, the singularity of this kinship is called into question when he then implies that he could just as easily have been born in Arizona (a lyrical turn that has led many semioticians to surmise that Axton was an early aficionado of the works of Jacques Derrida).

Hyperbolic colors: these are impossibly highly saturated. For example, to see "hyperbolic orange": staring at bright cyan causes an orange afterimage, then on looking at orange, the resulting orange afterimage seen against the orange background may cause an orange color purer than the purest orange color that can be made by any normally-seen light.

And then the face of God appears, your self dissolves into a celestial field of light, and all color — including that red/green color that only Brian, that guy from eighth grade, has claimed to see in natural light— becomes fully visible to your third eye.

The Wacken show has started - against all further schedules and expectations - with a performance of Savatage on the Black Stage, featuring Gutter Ballet as first song. From the line-up only Pitrelli was missing, replaced by Circle II Circle guitarist Bill Hudson, and they also had a support by Vitalij Kuprij on keyboards. After seven songs the band has left the stage, and on the True Metal Stage TSO has begun to play with Pitrelli and its non-Sava members. Caffery, Middleton and Plate have replaced them on several songs, and Stevens had a duet with Andrew Ross in the song The Hourglass.

this is from the Keaton's Cop article:

"Keaton is a policeman that believes he is being followed by Abraham Lincoln. He has been lonely and wants to speak to Abe but his trusty sidekick, Jo Bracey, talks him out of it.

Little does Keaton know, Jo has a massive man crush on him and plans on seducing him later that night.

While Jo is seducing Keaton, an evil and robust, pastry eating man breaks into the house and kisses them.

Keaton and Jo begin a torrid love affair in which they have a love-child named Jake. Jake is kidnapped by Lt. Spencer and the original pastry eating man. They take Jake to Big Mama's house and they begin to play naked twister. They end up drinking too much and tell Jake about the time Jo dressed up as Dog the Bounty Hunter and played baseball for LSU.

Keaton and Jo, along with Rick Dante, Jimmy Gable and Abraham Lincoln, concoct the worst plan ever and try to rescue Jake from Big Mama's house. Jo uses his favorite purse to knock the door down and attacks Big Mama with an adult toy. Keaton prances into the residence and throws pastries at the evil, robust man and that soothes him to the point of a coma.

Jo grabs Jake and promises never to play baseball for LSU or wear women's clothing again. Abraham Lincoln then becomes a pirate and jumps off screen.

The end."

Rendell's love of sports is well known. Rendell is a Philadelphia Eagles fan and is part of the panel on the Comcast Sportsnet show "Post Game Live", which airs after every Eagles regular and post-season game. Rendell was among the crowd in attendance for Bounty Bowl II in 1989, in which the unruly fans threw snow and ice at the field; Rendell wagered (and lost) $20 expecting that a fellow fan could not throw a snowball from the stands of the stadium to the field.[46]

'Kutty Srank (English: The Sailor of Hearts; Malayalam: കുട്ടിസ്രാങ്ക്) is a 2010 Indian Malayalam film directed by Shaji N. Karun. Mammootty played the title role for the film. The film was produced by Reliance Entertainment under the banner of Big Motion Pictures, the first ever production by Anil Ambani's newly launched entertainment concern in Malayalam.[1] The film was released at the theatres of Kerala on 23 July 2010. When planetary scientists began to have a need to discuss Venus in detail, an adjective was needed. Based on Latin principles, the correct adjectival form of the name would be Venerean. However, this term has an unfortunate similarity to the word venereal as in venereal diseases (related to "Venerean" as martial is to "Martian"), and is not generally used by astronomers.[1] The term Venusian is etymologically messy (similar to saying "Earthian" or "Jupiterian"), and a "cleaner" version was desired.

A common theme in art, The Birth of Venus is shown in this 1879 painting by William-Adolphe Bouguereau.
It was suggested that since Venus had a Greek name, as well as a Roman one, this should be used; however, the adjectival form of Aphrodite was "aphrodisial", which again was felt to be unfortunately close to "aphrodisiac", again evoking matters not directly pertaining to astronomy.

A compromise was reached. In Greek mythology, the goddess Aphrodite was said to have been born from the sea, from which she emerged on a sea shell at the island of Cythera, and as such was sometimes known as Cytherea.[2] The adjective Cytherean was taken from this name and remained popular in scientific literature for some time. Its perhaps forgotten usage in 18th century erotica[3] did not interfere with this choice.

The term has since fallen out of common use. Venusian is the form most frequently used, with others, including Venerean appearing from time to time;[4] the term Cytherean is now mostly found in older scientific papers, but some scientists still stick to the "tasteful" naming.[5] In addition, the word "Cytherean" as an adjective referring to Venus is often found in science fiction of the early and mid 20th century.[citation needed]
