I still flinch every time Tony Allen takes the ball upcourt, I wish Perk's hands weren't so stone-like, Rondo's jumpshot gives me the willies, a cold Eddie House is a useless Eddie House, I hope Sam-I-Am learns the offense ASAP, and Ray-Ray's ankles are quite bothersome, but otherwise MUCH WUV.

one thing thats sort of fascinating abt bostons emergence as the best defensive team in years is they dont quite have that scrambling manic energy a lot of great D teams have - they seem much more measured.

so many times ive sen them just doing their rotations calmly, cutting off driving lanes, hounding shooters - then just when theyve knocked their opponent off balance enough to throw a bad pass someone slides into that passing lane and is standing right in front of it catching the ball w/two hands.

theyre playing really intelligent unflappable basketball.

I haven't seen them enough. they don't have that aura of invincibility anymore but that can only help them, assuming the team remains semi-healthy
