I think the leggings with sheer-ish cut out panels by the knees or wherever are pretty cool. Lots of stuff has “perforations” now, but nobody has made cool patterns with them yet.

i prefer bright colors and patterns to cutouts -- "cut a hole in it" seems to be a common strategy if the clothes at Target are any indication
