fwiw, that N.O.R.E. interview is at least 5 years old, because it says it was after "Oh No" and his first two solo albums, and since then the Neptunes have done tracks on God's Favorite plus his current single "I'm A G". So either he decided Pharrell is not a straight Flagrino or he realized he doesn't have much of a career w/out their beats.
