Josh -- that's a tough question. i think it helps to put yourself out there as much as possible! go out, be around boys, try to set up dates, just talk to ppl, etc.

i essentially just spent 5 days with my boss, one of the most magnanimous and successful gay men i have ever met. the past 2 days, we were at a work retreat together, and apparently it was pretty obvious how much i like the guy, according to my BFF.

we had to keep it under wraps that we spent the weekend at his country house because no one else had been invited yet, it was very stealth
