Well, "This is my most personal" sells better to the public and your fanbase than "this is a collection of radio bangers and whatever StarGate and Dr. Luke had lying around their studio floor when I stopped by"

Pop singers who specialize in thumpers use "personal" as a disinfectant to wipe the supposed impersonality of the machines or something (Madonna sued to say this shit all the time).

i like Rihanna right now. she sounds fresh. i don't have many problems with Bitch Better Have My Money, American Oxygen or FourFiveSeconds. BBHMM and American Oxygen are tops.

Pour It Up sounds very different to me, i wouldn't put it in the same bucket as Bitch Better Have My Money
