haven't voted myself yet but i think i'm tending towards the triceratops ATM. read in New Scientist recently that a lot of dinosaurs (these included) may actually have had proto-feathers. FEATHERS!

Triceratops v tyrannosaurus is the iconic dino pred v prey battle righteously illustrated on the cover of childhood dino books throughout history. iirc. Spiky tail, teeny tiny head & vulnerable looking plates all down your back vs a face made of three giant bellybursting horns and a huge bone shield.

There's a stegosaurus in front of the Cleveland Museum of Natural History that you can climb on. If you Google it you'll find tons of images like this one:
