I'm on Martha's Vineyard. OH! Off-Topic! Hillary was here, speaking at a big open-air tabernacle, and we just kind of stumbled upon it. We were picking up houseguests at the boat. So we went to hear her and I shook Bill's hand! These loudmouth women standing near me started calling out to him (after her speech was over) AND HE CAME!!!! LIKE A GOOD DOG!!!! He seemed very tired but was radiating amazing warmth. He shook everyone's outstretched hand, saying "thank you for coming out," over and over in his high, scratchy voice. I wished I could have said something, but I was tongue-tied.

But I'm sure you are almost as cute as Bill, Surmounter.

I'm mad at Hillary because she voted for the war, so I'm voting for Obama in the primaries, but that said, if she wins the nomination and the election I WILL BE SO EXCITED!!!!! AND BILL WILL BE BACK IN THE WHITE HOUSE!!!!

I never "got" Bill in the primaries before his first term, because I only read the paper. There was the Gennifer Flowers thing, and I thought, uh-oh, this guy's got too much baggage. And then I heard him on the radio and went "OHHHH...I GET IT NOW!!!!" He had a little cold so was a bit congested and snuffly, and the amazing sexiness! Lordy!

It's a chilli sauce you're supposed to marinate chicken in. It's superb, actually, but not exactly high class eatin'.

Yeah, a little bit of cous cous might be nice, but if you've loads of scrummy potato salad, you won't need too much.

mmmm... anything spicy and zesty. so has anyone tried Campbell's Selects line of canned soups? they're fucking amazing. i used to like Progresso a lot but now i find Progresso has that canned soup guck consistency. is it guck or gunk.

Just don't overcook the swordfish! Slathered with mayo then grilled is so good. Lately I'm only using lime on seafood. The note of bitterness makes it more complex than lemon. Plus the G&Tness of it.
