Very much expected IMO, Dali was kind of a "look at me, I'm All-American goofy fun for all ages" postwar, right?

Harp with barbed-wire strings designed by Dali, who also wrote a script for them called "The Marx Brothers on Horseback Salad".

Yeah, they were friends for years. And Dali did a few drawings or paintings of or inspired by Harpo (Groucho too).
