I can't believe I never listened to Sarcofago's "Laws of Scourge" before today. three songs in and I'm going gaga over the riff salad.

Fairly different from my ballot if I'd have to come up with one now (in part because I don't really get stoner metal) but, as with the all-time poll, and at the risk of sounding like a purist, at least it's mostly metal metal and not just variegated shades of heavy.
