record shops --
Shangri La,
Goner, Last Chance and last but certainly not least River Records on Highland has an overwhelming selection of used vinyl. All genres, all conditions. warning: 90% of stock is over-priced.
thriftstores -- Light Years on Cooper has the cherry-picked hipster duds. There's a three block stretch on Summer Ave. with a ton of thrift stores.
clubs -- sure bets for live music: Hi Tone, Young Avenue Deli, Buccaneer, Murphy's. But definitely check the listings in the Memphis Flyer (memphisflyer.com) because sometimes there are shows on the roof of the Gibson Guitar Factory or the Pho Hoah Binh buffet. Or you can go do the touristy blooze thing on Beale. Mostly bunk, but occasionally surprising. Check out Wild Bill's on Vollintine or Hard Luck Cafe on McLemore & 3rd for a bit more auhtenticity... Raiford's Hollywood used to be the best place to dance to Funk/ disco backtracks, but I haven't been there in a couple of years. I think it's been kinda defanged as well.
vegetarian restaurants? I can't really think of any that specialize. Memphians do love meat. Lots of places have excellent veg. options though.

Friend One: Have you heard? Cherie B1air is pregnant.Friend Two: Oh. Who's the father?
I'm about to start a UK retail business and would like to register a specific domain for the company website.
I've checked and, while the .com has already gone, the .co.uk is still available.
Could anyone recommend who I could go through to register the domain - preferably someone who isn't going to rip me off! How much is a reasonable amount to pay per year? sexess
All openings in an internal or external floating roof must provide a projection below the liquid surface. These openings may also be equipped with a cover, seal, or lid. The cover, seal, or lid must be in a closed position at all times, except when the device is in actual use. (A "closed" position means no visible gap.) This rules does not apply to automatic bleeder vents (vacuum breaker vents) and rim space vents.
