i am trying to get into that zone, enbb, the one where somebody says that on sunday they just super casually threw some lentils & onions into a pot & then tupperware was used & now like an apparition this breezy reheatable delicious lunch is available to them, with encore options. i made egg fried rice last week & went back to it for a couple of days; tomorrow i'm going to smulch up a bunch of red chard & watermelon radishes with ginger & onions until it's a weird smushy over-sauteed pulp &, probably eat it over soft rice for as long as it lasts. people who eat master-cooked food from tupperware really have their shit together. & your risotto sounds so good & seasonal.
