Yeah, I got the same which also surprised me and I guess it would bother me more if it was like '05 or something, when it wasn't just as annoying to hate on Pitchfork as it was to hang onto their every word (which sounds like it goes against my post about them in the other thread, but not really - my point in that was that their tastes don't really align with ours at this point).

I think Pfork's day-to-day tastes align a lot more with ILM than their poll tastes do.

Thanks so much for another fantastic EOY extravaganza Johnny Fever and seandalai. I think this was one of the best run downs in history. Very varied, something for everyone, despite a couple of repeat artists. But the important thing I think is that so many styles got a look in, and that Hot Fruit placed.

It caught my ears a bit at polling time, but it keeps sounding better. Kind of shocked to look back and see how long it landed. It's mostly, but not exclusively, the chorus that does it.
