Thread for coordinating the order and timing of ILM ballot polls

I'm going to start a new thread on 1/1 and will make that change, plus the Byrds, covers,

Uh, I meant covers instead of Byrds. I can do Byrds sometime down the road, but would rather not do back to back polls.
