Anyway, I'm glad to see work on your fanpage is progressing well, Huck. Have you managed to track down all the guests that ever appeared on "Thicke Of The Night"?

Now look, FH defined a generation. A generation of weak-kneed, self-centered matieralists with no regard for posterity, true, but were it not for DJ and Stephanie Tanner (not to mention "is he or isn't he" Joey Gladstone) there would be no market for Britney Spears, Nsync, etc. Full House was the cultural incubator for the Echo Generation (aka the after-boom), and deserves to be recognized as such. Were it not for the extended life of this show (and those that it spawned: Family Matters, Boy Meets World, uh, uh, that one about the kid who ate the bad hamburger and died then came back as an angel, the other one with Bronson Pinchot as magical alien who becomes best friends with the little brat from Jerry Maguire, and eventually Dawson's Creek, Felicity, and NYPD Blue), well beyond any real DEMAND for it, surviving simply because it was better to know exactly where John Stamos and his hairpiece were going to be than having them at large (remember his pre-FH sitcom as the rockin' rebel son of TV's Quincy and Felix Unger, Jack Klugman...something about TWO... And for the record, Stamos was a full-fledged member of the Beach Boys (as drummer) during their post-lawsuit against Brian Wilson REALLY Endless Summer Kokomo-era tours. For what it's worth John Stamos is as much a Beach "Boy" as Dennis Wilson (the only one who actually surfed, and eventually drowned--no sissy-ass plane crashes for him), and deserves his due credit for what his pivotal role in what has happened to Rockaroll. As he said on some TV show (possibly even early Conan) "Jason Priestly? Luke Perry? Don't talk to me about those fuckers. I had sideburns when they was still suckin' they mamas' teats. Who's the trend-setter now, G?" Licentious quote, sure, but he did in fact say something along those lines. Time will prove that Full House was as emblematic of its time as, say, All in the Family or Flipper, were of theirs.
Don't fuck with Stamos.

Vancouver, British Columbia (CNN) -- Police are asking for public assistance in locating actor Andrew Koenig, who is best known for appearing in the 1980s sitcom "Growing Pains."
Koenig, 41, lives in Venice, California, but was visiting friends in Vancouver, police said in a statement Sunday. Friends last saw him on February 14. He was supposed to return home last Tuesday, and Vancouver police were notified Thursday that he had not arrived.
"Andrew has recently been despondent and his family and friends are concerned for his well-being," the police statement said.
Koenig was described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 135 pounds, with brown shoulder-length hair and brown eyes, authorities said. Anyone with information on his whereabouts was asked to notify police.
Koenig appeared in 25 episodes of "Growing Pains" from 1985 to 1989, playing Richard "Boner" Stabone, according to the Internet Movie Database Web site. He also has appeared in episodes of several other TV shows.
