I'd all forgotten about OKCupid, but then a couple of months ago I got an email that I had an unread message there, which eventually lead to a date with the girl who messaged me. Not much came out of it though. Most of my local matches are still goths or LARPers, so I guess nothing's really changed.

Someone who does Live Action Role Playing. They're a very noticable and irritating subculture in here (which obviously overlaps with some other subcultures, like goths or fantasy/sci-fi fans).

I mean, I have nothing against roleplaying as such, but in my experience many LARPers think that this special hobby of theirs somehow makes them better than the common people. They even have a special condescending word for "mundane" people who don't larp.

Where does Norwegian Death Metal fit into this equation?

so i haven't logged in to this place in like 2 years but randomly decided to today. how come like 90% of my matches are 5'6" and all the people that message me are 23?
