my grad program boozes us up on a regular basis. and feeds us meditteranean food and pizza. the fridge is stocked with beer and white wine.

it is a writing program, but really. it's kind of awesomely silly.

Thanks for the comforting words, PP. I think I knew most of the test, but I really screwed up my timing. So I think I lost a lot of points (btw, Graham Hall is being renovated this year, i think). And I'm sorry Abbott, but I think the '5 years' line probably works with you, too (even if it's not a test that's making school ;_;).

My 'five years from now'...would have been in 2002...my second year of college. I'm still in college.

And fudging one major test will not hurt you at all, Stape Tore. Esp the first test of a semester - lets you know exactly what you need to do on/for the next tests to get where it is you want to be. (You can use a calculator to comfort you.)

as a teacher this sounds to me like the most backwards-ass idea about what to do in the classroom and what to do when you're sharing space with a bunch of intelligent interested supposedly informed (if they did the reading) people that i can only hope the global warming catastrophe comes quick so that we run out of power to run smartphones

Yes, Mizzou. I'm dropping that Econ class, I think. It's just a one hour lecture that tries to connect journalism and economy. It was so scattered and pointless...added nothing to my normal econ class.
