had the chance to see Orchestra Polyrythmo de Cotonou when they came through toronto this past summer. it was such a great show. everyone was out of their seats and dancing!

the store i work for has reissued a few african rock/funk records, i will send you some CDs if you want.

I don't know what it means to be a CD guy but my means of obtaining these records is going to be to go to my nbhd record store and purchase the CDs, yeah -- those guys turned me on to this genre of music in the first place so I think they deserve my business.
