Right, this is the last thing I'm going to say on the matter:

This is pretty much the best way to describe how I feel about Luna, a lady I have had minimal contact with like pretty much EVERYONE ELSE on ILX: "I figure at best she's someone who misrepresented her physical appearance, for whatever reason, and bailed everytime she came close to being exposed. rightfully being embarrassed she split. at best."

I suppose Dan said it best: "If I were on Luna's side in this thing, I wouldn't stay here either." I'm not on Luna's side. I am on Misery's side. I feel that the way that she (and this thread including myself) were attacked over this was extreme and far too unpleasant to ignore so I won't. I am really disappointed that certain posters that I thought were fairly decent all piled on for the lulz and I am disgusted at personal emails being copied and pasted, especially a note put up for friends on another website altogether!

I have no need or desire to apologise for anything that I said to any poster. I feel that at the time what I said (and rereading) hold true to me still. If anything this has taught me that a) hinting at things doesn't work on the internet b) people who aren't funny seem to have fan clubs on ILX c) posters that I've always found quite pleasant become total pricks/bitches the minute that they think no one will care or remember. This post will turn into zing fodder as so much now does on ILX, it is depressing that the time-wasting I've enjoyed so much here won't necessarily be there anymore. Still, I've had a decent amount of FAPs, met some interesting people and generally enjoyed myself. Hopefully if (it's more likely when, work is very boring and ILM is very useful) I'll come back and this will all have disappeared from people's minds.

Before anyone else does this, I couldn't even pass up a correction on another thread! I am done now though.

Seriously, I think that everyone involved here should chill down a bit, and try to look a the bigger picture. People should understand that those who defended Luna (and Misery) didn't at first know what this was about, and even after they did, it came a shock and a surprise, so it's understandable that they at first reacted in an edgy an aggressive manner. I see little point in blaming them for that. Similarly, those defended Luna should understand why Chaki and co acted the way they did, because they now know what were the motives behind that. It's really sad if this resolves in people insulting each other, good and decent ILXor leaving the board and so on, just because one poster got everyone confused.

She might have been there but no-one knows coz she doesn't look like what she claimed to look like. ie Chaki not seeing someone w/big boobs didn't mean she wasn't there.

Maybe Chaki could tell us why she claimed she was there in the first place? To have a romantic meeting with him?

I don't think anyone cares too much about the misleading photos at this point. The fact that she felt she needed to post them here is kinda sad at most. What matters is, like you said, that she seems to have actively and intentionally lied to several people. Creating a polished Internet persona is one thing, but mixing that with real life so that several people get hurt is shitty.

i think it's impt to bear in mind that it's extremely unlikely luna intended to hurt anyone at all; that she seems not to have faced up to the fact that she has, repeatedly, in a very similar manner, is disturbing to say the least

by the way i'm not sure if you guys knew this but snow is white and cold

What I find the saddest is that ILX more than any other messageboard I know is where she could've flirted with people without posting those sort of pics, and been accepted without any fantasy sugaring.
