The thing is that white chocolate cheesecake sounds so good! I had never thought of it before (not eating a lot of cheesecake myself). I would like to try some, and even looked up a recipe on how to make it. Unfortunately, I don't have a springform pan, which seems to be required to make cheesecake.

I haven't had a bite of cheesecake since 2002. And like I said about the springforms, it's not actually likely in the future. You won't put me off or anything.

It's kinda weird. I hadn't ever tried cheesecake, but when I moved into a new apartment, my room-mate made me three cheesecakes to celebrate. I ate them all over the course of like two weeks, and have never touched cheesecake again.
