BTW Chaki I am sorry for being a dick upthread, regardless of the situation. after chaki called her fake the first time it would have taken her like 10 minutes to post 5 pictures of herself with her kid and with a couple dogs and maybe made a few well-placed phone calls and it would have stopped.

it wasnt a "demand" for her to post proof of her existence (and i acknowledged in a follow-up post that she shouldnt really have to), just an observation that her initial reaction to chaki's sideways accusation was not only weird but avoided a whole set of actions that could have prevented the whole fiasco; an observation, i should note, that was appropriate at that time in the thread because we were talking about luna's actions right after chaki accused her! im not asking anything of luna; this is something that, as you point out, i am tangentially related to at best.

I said the claims were "baseless" once. It was not aimed at you Chaki, it was aimed at the general idea, because you werent the first person to have said it, and I was starting to wonder/be concerned what was going on. I was not trying to make you look bad. You happened to be running with the ball on this issue, but I was viewing the issue generally and all the people who SEEMED to be ganging up. Perceptions are difficult when you miss most of the drama being in a diff time zone and busy.

Chaki, the main point I was trying to make is that accusing someone of lying to people with pictures and phone conversations and trying to make them prove themselves by posting pictures and having phone conversations doesn't really make much sense, unless it was a joke that didn't work. But whatever, I'm crazy. Feel free to start emailing me abuse now even though I believe your side of the story.

it wasnt just "pictures" i mentioned--it was "pictures with a kid" or "pictures with a dog," the absence of which is one of the major pieces of "evidence" people are asking for.
