My point, though, is not that she HAS to be who she's said she is wrt to photos or whatnot, and not that she mayn't have flirted a little too recklessly with some people, but that she's always been extremely nice to me, an engaging interlocutor on subjects ranging from the banal to the interesting and more fun to talk to than most people I talk to online. If she ever comes to SF, I'd gladly stand her a drink or eight and the chances of me going to LA are always pretty slim, so I'm not overly worried about her standing me up, espcially as that would mean another eight drinks for me.

I think what Grady is trying to say is that Chaki said "you're fake", and then Luna just left before all of the testimonies were flooded here. If she didn't feel guilty for something, why leave (and close her Livejournal) because what at the time seemed like just one guy making some stupid jokes?

Michael, I can say with all honestly that I hold absolutely no bitterness towards the poor thing. She's lied to people in the last day VIA I.M. about some history I had with her concerning "secret dates" which have not a grain of truth in them. If I ever see you around town let me, as a actual human being, buy you a drink and tell you to your face. I guarantee you will know I'm telling the truth.
