Well right now tracks everything below 70 points is a clusterfuck of tie-ins. I expect the numbers to become more separate as the ballots get included. Results for place 66th onwards are looking good with only five ties in there. Depending on how the numbers spread out we'll see in which place it'd be best to start the poll.

I'm going on holiday next week, so imo the cut off date should be right now and the results should be posted over the next few days / the cut off date should be the end of August and the results rolled out after that
