ok i'll bite.
why is splatter vinyl bad ?
is it the process of the pressing that makes the end product sub-standard, or, is it the visual chaos when the record spins ?
i only have one such item, the recent dj food vs aa 12", and as yet, i have not dropped the needle on the groove
(to be fair there is no need to spoil the vinyl with my wornout sytlus as i have the cd version).

Well, I think they came out looking quite alright! The USA splatter versions have sold out. So if you like black vinyl, we've still got a few of those left :)
