Actually, here's the most badass thing that's ever happened here.
Arlington proper:pros - cheap, fast access to Fort Worth or Dallascons - 1960s-70s middle-class suburb that's grown to 400k people, no mass transit, hot as balls
Fort Worth:pros - relatively cheap, a number of older areas that could be redeveloped into something interesting, a few good clubs for live music, impossible to get lost in, not Dallascons - still a lot of conservative dickbags running things, hot as balls, TCU students
